Jimlur, It should be obvious to all of us that anything ERICY related is going to be "out of bounds". One question it seems would be fair for them to answer is why was the trial delayed, but I wouldn't even ask it. However I have at least 3 or 4 questions that I certainly believe could and should be answered honestly by the company. A couple of years ago I sent in my top 10 questions and in hindsight probably 9 of them were questions they shouldn't answer due to their possible "competitive edge consequences". I guess my frustration these days has led me to believe if Mgmt would just suck it up and answer a couple of TOUGH questions at the conference call instead of the normal soft balls maybe some of us shareholders would gain a little more respect and confidence in them. Once again I don't really think they are that interested in the individual shareholders opinion or cares.
