That is correct MiamiG. Now that we are having an overwhelming
success in raising the funds with the non convertible preferred, raising
the AS is no longer necessary and yes Matt has stated that with a successful
offering there will be no raise in AS nor need for a r/s.

And $BCAP + TA + Securities Debt + self clearing brokerage = $$$$$$$
for all investors and a healthy long term investment!
