Swing play for me today. Would like to learn what the company looks like after purchase or merger. Wonder if HBRM shareholders end up with any stock. Not that cash isn't ok, it just isn't worth much.

Looks like CHRI has the revenue and assets and a 179mil O/S whereas HBRM has 300mis O/S.

Are there finance people here who can shed some light on this? It seems that CHRI is way undervalued and I can't figure what the acquisition does to them in terms of increasing revenue and operational contribution.

The products look like they are right on for our times and the HBRM herbal concoctions have a ready world wide market. China here they come!
