So based on further delay it's because of the insertions. So as soon as the insertion results are completed, we will have a cc. So the delay is not because of a commercial partner agreement, that we were told, should have been done late 2011 AND early 2012.

What if the desired results from the insertions is not acheived? will we never have a cc?

Sounds like bens latest email response was setting the stage that we will not have any substantive news, because things will AND ARE taking a lot. Again a lot longer than mr. CEO expected.

So far it's taken over 60 days longer, or The cc would not have been announced as early as it was.

Looks like the CEO doesn't understand the science. Again he is no scientist, and it seems that he isn't communicating with the scientists, because if he were he would not have made the mistake of setting up a cc before he had something to discuss.
