hamster...re end of 2012....There are a number of very interesting things on our plate as WD recently mentioned.....but as far as I'm concerned....the one area in which there appears to be great urgency to adopt Trusted Computing is the DoD. I keep going back to NWs notes from the Sept. NSA/Trusted Computing show. NSA officials repeatedly mentioned 6 million seats that needed to be upgraded.....fromeverything I've read about Gen. Alexander....he is VERY CONCERNED about the security of our networks. As not only the chief of the NSA...but also the chief of US Cybercommand.....he is in a very unique position to actually put a plan into action. Therefore.....if we get a fraction of the number of seats mentioned at the show...then we will have a very good year indeed.

I've used the figure 1 million seats for 2012. At....50 dollars/seat ( I know some are pricing in higher per seat values) for a million seats puts us in the 50 million dollar in revenues for 2012 in regards to the DoD. Assuming that we generate the same (no growth) from last year's figures ...we can add another 40 million.( minus Safend) Now lets say our burn increases to 50 million.....then that would givwe us roughly 40 million in earnings. Assuming a 100 million share outstanding...that gives us .40 cents/share......throw in a rediculous P/E of 20....and one gets a 8 dollar share price. Personally....the P/E ratio we will be given is far north of the 20....but those are the numbers I work with when discussing Wave to others....Throw in a few of the wild cards....and...who knows

Sincerely,

Jas
