Please excuse my ignorance but I was taught that these penny stocks do not or cannot trade after hours. And yet I see iHub puts up info about after hour trades for them. I don't think Scottrade or Ameritrade will allow after hour trades on stocks like ECDC--so the question is--how can it be done? I would be grateful to hear your views on this.
