Where is the proof that $BCAP sold one single share?

Volume doesn't count, changes in share structure do. If anything, since the share structure is maxed and there's no increase in A/S (and following O/S), so the volume came from elsewhere other than $BCAP.

It's very much in vogue that posters call every high volume day a dilution day (both on the way up and down), but that doesn't make it so. It also damages the posters' reputation when they're consistently making poor calls.

If you have proof that Matt Dwyer sold his personal shares or that the company sold shares then post the DD.

Statements like 2 + 2 = 4 mean nothing when you haven't shown (real proof) "2", "2" or "4".



If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
