1st Institutional Buys Today: Looks like the big boys are hitting the ask with their first block buy today (around 11:30 est a.m.). I like the action and I know it was just a matter of time before these retail and institutional firms starting loading again. They are the ones that can force the shorts to cover and force a MOASS on BPAX.

There are an army of retail and institutional buyers/firms already involved in BPAX and on the sidelines (cause they are loaded with cash as usual) waiting for this bounce to load a ton more in my opinion. These are the big boys/big money that moves the markets and moved BPAX last time.

Knock Knock? Who's there? Its us the institutions and big money players and we are ready for round 2 with BPAX.
