Excuse me but the issue began with posted statement #23211, that funding does not exist. I replied , "Prove it". I did not say that it does have funding, requireing me to prove my position with facts. It would seem you may have "Glossed" right over that position. That would make the burdon of proof on you for making the initial statement against funding, supported by facts as to why it "Does not exist". I do not claim funding exists. I would say though, just as you have not provided facts that disprove funding, I have not provided facts that support that funding has been provided. Therefore, the entire issue is moot. Personally, I could care less either way. Empire will drill, or they wont. I will lose my investment, Or it will pay great returns. In either event, I am perfectly content to see this investment through, no matter the results, positive, or negative. As you are entitled to your opinion as to Empire's eventuall outcome. However, if you are going to make a firm statement that there is "No Funding" as earnest DD did in post #23211, please support your assertion with facts, as you ask otheres to do.
