It would appear that Mr. Molen has not left the company, but chosen not to be on the BOD........

Mr. Molen will be pursuing other business opportunities and will support the Board in its search for a qualified independent director. He will continue to work with the Company's Sanswire Networks LLC subsidiary to develop world-wide opportunities.
