You know Lakers, never really gave much thought to how PYCT should get its stock moving, but my post and reply trigger a thought. When I look at the successful pinks (i.e. those with sustained runs), they usually are relatively new, moderate share structure with plenty of room under the a/s.

Then do a sustained promo with several pr's, and yes they dump, but not enough to kill the run. They raise capital via dilution and they let shareholders make money.

Now with PYCT, terrible share structure that is maxed out. So how does the company benefit from an increase in the share price. Yeah, there are insiders who will sell, but how much have the insiders raised @ $.0001.

My conclusion is that before any real promo or juicy news comes out, there needs to be a r/s. Sucks for existing shareholders, but would be attractive to new investors.

In the alternative, which is probably going to happen, spin off flushaway via the divy. Blame on the regulators or some legal complication and away they go.
