Does anybody think the initial price of newco shares will yield us more money than we have right now? I'd like to think there will be an initial profit. I mean, if we LOSE money as a result of the share exchange then our settlement has been meaningless and our lawyers have stolen from us. They want us to merely chant 'At least we didn't get zeroed out'. But who says newco will be profitable?
