I got it from the horses mouth, Mr Kay, that Denn would be selling the remainder of his shares this week. He's going to have to dump 200K a day to get rid of the final 800K. This is going to keep the SP down this week unless news is released. I'm a little surprised to only see 68K shares traded at this time. This could mean a fluff PR piece is imminent to drive the price up so he can unload without a loss. It seems to me, there can be some easy money to be made if you buy after he unloads when the stock gets back to normal level. Of coarse, if there is some bad news on the horizon then all bets are off.
