The concession titles prove MSJ is very much involved, which also means that Barnett is involved that is for sure. Barnett is MSJ he can't get out of that. George S Barnett can try all he wants to distance himself from this but these facts remain.

1) Barnett breached the contract he is the reason for the court
case.
2) Barnett has a grudge against Bandera for standing up to him and protecting their shareholders from his slimy tactics.
3) By discrediting Bandera and spreading lies he hopes to bankrupt them and get 'his properties' back.
4) The SRGE scam was set up both to make money and discredit Bandera.
5) Barnett never had any intention of honoring the joint venture he only wanted Bandera's money.
