The whole thing is reminiscent of another stock that PRed it was reducing the AS (and it did, temporarily) but, then on the same day it PRed yet another reduction in AS, it did a whopping RS.

That, of course, doesn't mean the same thing will happen here, but the history of this CEO makes one wary.
