well nobody really knows except insiders......... but i would think they would start telling the shareholders on a regular basis any developments that occur.

you must remember that a merger is not a 1 day thing.... legally it takes some time....... months not weeks.

in regards to share price. if there is no dilution from the comapny and the merger is a "good" merger.... ie good solid company........ then the sky is the limit. we could see multiple pennys if it is recieved well from the market.
