So you are basically saying that Offor is breaking every law of insider trading and reporting requirements on the books thereby jeopardizing ERHC's relationship with all US companies and his continued ablility to do business in the US or anywhere esle in the world for that matter. Do you really think he is that stupid? I don't think so.
