who knows .. i guess it means whoever bought in below 1cent is now up 100%.. it could be a pump n dump ? it could be the start of a rally.. dont know.. i got 50,000 shares @06 cent.. so lets see. i had 50k before and i sold @90 cents made some good money..mabey history will repeat..
