They can't buy back anymore because they are not for sale at .0001, that simple. Us longs have waiting too long to bail on a little run, so you'll not see much flipping here. Plus us longs, the insiders and the Liani Group really do own over 98% of the shares, or possibly over 99% since mm's are not holding real shares.
