You can put it that way, but if you actually want to influence anyone who WASN'T on today's call, I'd suggest another approach - any specifics that can be verified as either "yes we said that" or "no, they misinterpreted" when I call management to verify.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
