I called Don about a half hour ago. Rich was the one who actually answered the phone. I identified myself as a CTCC shareholder and asked if I could speak with Don for a few minutes about the merger. Rich told me that they have been instructed not to talk about it per SEC rules. I also sent Don an email request right after, if he responds I will let people know. So apparently they are in news lockdown, and I am assuming this is good? Have a good weekend all.
