Just filed my third complaint to SEC in two weeks. Again, stating that the officers and board of directors appeared to have abandoned their post, closed the office and canceled the telephone numbers. I also included that we left messages with his new position at ADCD concerning PPTL for both Bruce and Mah and none of us stock holders of PPTL have received any responses (clearly indicating an abandoning of their post). I asked if we can call a stock holders meeting and appoint a new BOD, Pres, VP, Treas. Then sieze the assets of PPTL, in particular the operating wells, where none of us stockholders know who is operating the wells or where the money is going to.

I also pointed out the fact the last filing of 10K and 10Q was in 2008 (Which is cause for SEC to step in).

I ask that other people go to the SEC web site and also file a complaint. They may not answer just one person, but might answer if a few people filed complaints.

Last question to TB or Greg, what brokerage firm made the initial public offering of PPTL (The SEC asks this question on the complaint form)?
