Not necessarily. Only 4.75%+ shareholders holders are restricted from trading.

As for timing, it comes down to when the new shares get a CUSIP which will then be traded OTC (or on an exchange, although I don't see that as very likely in the immediate future) or if there will be a secondary market for the shares... either way, you can probably cash out sooner than 2 years.

In any event, don't expect to cash out in the next few weeks at minimum. A reliable poster once said it would only take a few days for a new CUSIP, but it's still a bit nebulous as to when they'll actually be qualified for a listing. Since the major holders are restricted, there's no real pressure to make the new shares tradable just for the benefit of the retail shareholders. At the first shareholders meeting, I'm sure there will be enough of a chorus of retails to provoke taking action toward listing, though... so I'd bet on somewhere between a few weeks and 6 months before that happens.

I have a social disorder (although it's not quite full blown Asperger's), and can come across differently than intended...if you're offended by something I've said, I probably didn't mean it with such animosity - please take it with a grain of salt. :)
