I would like to sell and buy back ECDC stocks too but I generally don't do it very well. Also, Scottrade has limits on buying and selling the same shares over and over again. I think you would need to have an account with E-trade or AMericatrade as well as with Scottrade to do lots of buying and selling of the same stock over and over. You are right of course, the stock will slowly go back down. Hopefully, it will not return to the old dog days of .0017 or even come close to it. If it drops by 1/2 and stays there I will be happy just to stay on the sidelines. To be sure, the stock is going much higher. I don't know how high it can go in 6 to 12 months but I think it could be a lot. Good luck to you too my friend.
