Exactly! Why is it so hard to require a complete accounting of assets from the initial seizure until now, and for them to return the assets to the rightful owners, the share holders of WAMU. This is just a prime example of licensing lawyers and hedge funds to rob banks and pillage sovereign companies. If our country continues to allow this to be an acceptable practice, it will kill the stock market and investing completely and lead to the next great depression.
