I subscribe to his basic Changewave sevice. When he says get more aggressive under .40 he is just saying he doesn't know how low the short term price will go, and that below .40 the stock is a real steal. Longterm your risk is lower, and you can lower your average price per share. That is his standard way of putting out a buy on a stock. No cause for alarm.
