Thanks success, this looks great! The only thing that bothers me a bit is the very last thought: "definitely get more aggressive with NEOM under .40". If this was written today, and I assume it was, does Tobin think we will be going under .40? What happened to the under .75 buy? lol Like he says, these deals always take longer than expected. Don't we know by now. Everything else looks very, very positive, that's why it stuck out to me. Not a big deal. We are set to do very well in my opinion even if we have a dip. Oh well, we will survive for now while we are waiting. Hang in there longs.
