Has anyone tried ringing and speaking to Jamir Miller to find out if the deal was indeed kosher?

It looks from the 07/29 PR as though Zig is still hoping that something is on the cards: "Following the media day, Ziegler and Formula 51-2 Managing Member, Jamir Miller met to discuss options regarding their proposed buyout of all issued and outstanding shares or controlling interest in Motion DNA. Miller did not attend the media day events, but expressed interest in the outcome."

Zig very soon needs to clarify very clearly why the stock is worth more than $3,12 if two BOD members turned the £3.12 buyout down.
