So, perhaps that leads up to my next questions. We know that MP Sportswear IS a registered LLC and don't know who owns it. Is MSLP required to disclose whether this particular LLC is owned by Musclepharm? At some point in history, would MSLP have needed to disclose MP Sportswear as part of it's revenue base or that they have a business segment that is outside the corporation..... does a LLC that is owned by a corporation (if possible) have disclosure rules that apply to it.

This is totally outside my realm, but interested in the response.
