We are talking about Jail. Its fraud. you can't sell part of a public company and not tell any one.The sale would have to of been voted on by the BOD.This is public record. Can anyone find any public record of the sale. Even they are not this dumb. The company cannot survive successful litigation of this kind. Its fraud.
