You may have to find a way to contact & perhaps he can better explain to what extent, circumstanes to find out, pieced together when, where, what happened & in the time line.
We perhaps may never know, who to really say except obviously, whatever went down between PL & SL!
We may never know that is the reality of it all it seems.
Looks like none of us that I am aware of will be able to read, hear, talk to what Dr. Lee has to say.
I cannot think of anything that would put us as shareholders to high standard of care if this was all left in the hands of Dr. Lee.
In other words, I have never thought that he had any of our (shareholders) interest in anyway; perhaps that was asking too much seeing through rose colored glasses.
I did not have the confidence to have him in the driver of seat of anything ie. dicision-making of any kind when it especially, comes to someone we may not know how to run the business on a day to day basis without someone who can to watch over the good Dr. Lee.
This was truly spiraling down the course that it was going & did not appear we were in anyway nothing more than a lose-lose propostion.
However, that is all now become academic-water under the bridge.
XTend now has the task to get us if possible out of BK, have the "Q" symbol removed from the ticker, & getting this company to start finding, obtaining business hopefully, PL WILL NOW BE ABLE TO UNVEIL A LITTLE BIT MORE FREELY, SINCE HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY GAGGED ORDERS FROM COURT & CAN FINALLY, START TO BECOME MORE TRANSPARENT!
