The proof of the pudding is in the eating. If your allegations are untrue, then Zig and his crew would have to show that this stock is worth far more than $3.12 a share, and which would give a plausible explanation for the BOD not accepting a low offer of $3.12.

We're still waiting for a big boosh in share price to show that the BOD refusal of $3.12 a share was indeed kosher.

I've an open mind at present.
