Johnny,I have always read your posts... I see a smart man. This is only the beginning.

I only know americans have many opportunities to make a difference and usually 99% of opportunities go untouched.

I hope those sideline buyers do not procrastinate.
Many will be completely torn when they see future prices at much, MUCH higher levels then today only to say to themselves " I MISSED THAT OPPORTUNITY"
