This is only me looking at things positively.. The proof of concept could mean nothing... however,

If you go back and look at dates.. They said in the 10Q that the proof of concept was accepted in november.. after that... they finalized a three year lease agreement... also got a investor(which is still pending)...settled with their former CEO...

I'm hoping because now the INDIA defense contract looks done... that this proof of conectp was for ratheon and the US DOD...
