chartex, I totally agree with you. I am of the opinion that we have come this far leaving it to F&J and IDCC. Let them finish the game, we aren't really qualified relief pitchers in this legal arena. Ellis I would withdraw the information if you have a chance. I firmly believe this could do us a whole lot more harm than good. I could give a crud about a $5 increase in share price because of an article, only to have it backfire and someone cost F&J the use of a piece of critical info. I don't know how all the legal proceedings work but common sense tells me the pro's know more than I do on this. If F&J thought it would be of any help they could have easily found a good way to "leak it" to the press. JMO
