Even though I despise the man {Starke}, in this circumstance, he's pointing out "risk vs. reward". And Willingham (remember all those ranting about him holding only commons) admits exactly the same issue in his letter of today.

So, in the words of the old commercial -- "don't hate me because I'm beautiful"

It's instead, "Don't hate me because I hold preferrreds" (and commons).

And, for the record, the issue was covered in my Q&A as well.

The split allocation can be changed by the court, without a re-vote, and the 70/30% split may indeed be worsened for commons.
