6 days would be days. Seven days would be a week, but now it's well over a month.

Can Newbauer ever be straight with shareholders? If the past is prologue (and it is) then the answer is a resounding, no.

At this point it would be better if shareholders sent letters to the SEC, since all are underwater with this so-called investment. That would put pressure on Newbauer from his unnamed private financiers.

Not being proactive with BS pinky CEOs is the best way to lose all of your money, and dignity, by being taken in by this seeming conman.
