I believe he is referring to the Teton River project;it is heavy crude,and they can't get it out!They abanndoned their strategic plan for extraction after numerous well failures to reevaluate.It is a tough sell when you do get it out cause no one wants it and it brings a significantly lower price.Well head price even lower.New all time interday low of 5.2 pennies.
