If you are refering to the new miami well, it is a problem of to much water content. This is why there are 3 storage tanks. (seperate water from oil.) Weather has noting to do with how thick the oil is, as I am sure you realize. Utog is very suspect. I am however glad they are trying something instead of closing shop. Hopefully they have learned some lessons. (the hard way for all of us.) They have no other options that I can see other than a merger/buyout which may not be worth much at all.
