We actually agree, which I find disturbing for so many reasons. Clark clearly views this as a bridge, and in anticipation of revenues and some big news, and operationally they may be doing everything right to achieve that. However, there's a certain prevalent arrogance in this management team and with some of shareholders(?) who post on this board that the past stays in the past and cannot affect the future growth and shareholder value of the company so there's no need to address it. It is wrong to think that way. With access to capital comes more legal trouble.
