There is substantive informaiton in NOkia's reply to IDCC's motion but I need to run and dont have time to discuss it. Bascially, S/E is not a major competitor, nor an assignee (I dont have time to explain why its neither). So, Nokia argues that it could not be a triggering event and the panel erred in finding that it was a trigger. This is the biggest concern since it could result in totally eliminating the award..
