If you go by the postings here it seems like a fail. I consider it a win.
Want to know why?

Simple... Look at the people who are posting "SS let us down" etc.

They all feel like they got ripped off because they got shares in the new co.

Now imagine what those same posters would be writing when the announcement came and it said. Sorry you are cancled.

If you are in a BK case as a common share holder you are one hell of a lucky SoB if you came out of it with just $1.
We are coming out of it with a bunch of dollars and we will do nothing but increase.
In 6 months the same people claiming failure will be posting how great a trader they are since they held long to WAMU.

A win is a win.
