Raw materials have to be purchased, whether in or out of the Massena plant. Unless management can make special arrangements with a contract manufacturer, PPC needs $$$ for those raw materials.
In addition, it may be hard to find money if management can't give a funding source Michelex financial data. How many months will it take for Saleem, Lacle, and Syed to hand over their files?
Considering the above, buying pressure will likely be absent until PPC starts announcing new contracts.
