I read the patent and it looked pretty well defined to me.
Having to do with "transcievers" continuosly monitoring frequencies . It describes receiving signal levels from both services, monitoring their strengths, maintaining connections, and switching based upon a formula of availability , priority, etc.
That is why they were granted the patent. Because no one had patented this process before.
we will know when a company decides to build something similar.
Hopefully CLYW will go after them.And we will have a flying stock price.
