Mschere, I don't believe IDCC is required to notify us since they already have. Everyone talking about the possibility of Nokia NOT FILING is setting themselves up for major disappointment. Nokia will file because they are doing everything they can to gain some bargaining advantage in negotiating 3g for 07 and beyond. This is not just about 2g, it is about the royalties Nokia will have to pay for the next decade and they are weasles who will try anything, IMO.

For those hoping Nokia will not file, don't be too disappointed when you find out they did file. The company stated they would and for some strange reason, many here don't want to believe the 8k filing. I can't understand why that is.
