Well with no settlement. the will have a hard time paying bills and trying to keep up with installs if they have new clients.
whats the intrest rate on 26M or 40m not even sure how much they owe. at least that would be the excuse for dillution and leagel fees. We can spin so many things on Ihub but we dont have the final word on anything that transpires.

If i was GS i would ask for 100M+leagel fees.. seems low, but its around 6M per company plus the new 20% contract on anything new produced signed with GS. That will bring us to nasdaq. with out crippling the industry and clears the debt with surplus
