this is my take on the situation. there are three or four things that can destroy or make this stock fly.......

- as everyone is aware from the last PR a merger is trying to be put together....... and if the company can merge with a decent company we can see pennyland in no time.

- 2nd thought is how do we know what is going on behind closed doors....... how do we know there is no debt restucture or payoffs of the debt. i think if the company can restructure before debt hits in the form of shares we can ebjoy a nice ride upward if a PR comes out and lays the facts out.

i think the above is a reasonable thought that could happen and the pps would rise!!!!! remember we are dealing with a 300 million float apprx. here.

on the other side we could get diluted down to nothing and the comapny could stay quiet........ which i hope does not happen! we are in pennyland........ a risk could turn into a big reward.......

shares seem really really cheap down here!!!
