The only way $BCAP can go to no bid is if there are no bidders.

At $0.0001 $BCAP has a market cap of $200k for a fully functioning TA, Investment Division, $650k convertible debt and notes and $100k shell. In addition to that there will be a brokerage paid for with $1M non-convertible Preferred. After two years the non-convertible Preferred is paid off and buyers today own the brokerage outright.

I assure you there will be one massive bidder if anyone is dumb enough to try and drop $BCAP to $0.0001/2. If anyone else wants to join, they're welcome.



If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
