Number one, check your math fit. A half a billion? Two in case you haven't been following the post. The OS remains unchanged since November of 2011. So again your math is wrong, you can't dilute with shares that have not been introduced into the market. If he did finish diluting the OS it would be roughly around 37 million which is hardly massive by any stretch. Just thought I would clarify.
