How do you expect TEVA to get 1/5th of 5mil people when they are competing with 16 other drugs in the same category (http://www.drugs.com/condition/erectile-dysfunction.html)? Especially when 3 out of those 16 (Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra) have been around for years...

That's not a realistic description at all...
